To guarantee same day delivery, we request that you place your order by 12 noon for delivery to businesses and 1.30pm for home addresses.
Delivery is available Monday to Saturday.
Our standard service is same day, so delivery will occur anytime between 9am - 6pm, as we have to hand make your order, beautifully gift-wrap and courier to your destination. We do have an Express courier service that works for those orders with specific time requirements, however this will come at an additional cost. Please call the store on 9550 9897 if you have any questions about delivery.
Our Delivery Policy
In the event that there is no one there to receive the delivery, Flowers on Norton St will make every effort to contact the sender to seek further instruction. If we can't reach you and deem it safe to leave we will advise you where it was left. (i.e. front door, neighbour, etc.)
Please note that some couriers do charge waiting time fees which will be at the expense of the sender.
Should Flowers on Norton St be unable to reach you immediately at the time of delivery and there is nowhere to leave it (i.e. security access needed) the flowers will be returned to the shop. Redelivery will be at the sender’s expense or alternatively the sender is able to collect the flowers from the store at 332 Norton St, Leichhardt.
Should the sender wish to keep their details anonymous, Flowers on Norton St must be advised in the delivery instructions on the order form. Flowers on Norton St will always contact you first if there is no name on a card.
We strongly recommend you include the phone number of the recipient so we can make arrangements to deliver or contact them if there are difficulties.

We do have an Express courier service that works for those orders with specific time requirements, this offers a delivery time frame of 1-4 hours. Our Express service incurs a surcharge, we need time to make it and then it is a direct drive once the courier collects from store. Please be aware that couriers need to respond to a job request (just like when calling a cab). If you need help in deciding which service suits your needs please ring the store on (02) 9550 9897.

Safe to Leave statement - If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the Product, the Product will be left in a safe, weather protected spot at the delivery address specified as we see fit. We will then contact you and let you know where they have been left, we only contact you when there is no one to receive the flowers. If we are not able to gain access due to security, we are required the return of product to store- this does incur a return courier charge payable by you. You then have the choice to collect from the store or pay for another delivery. We would strongly recommend you supply us the recipients phone number so we can make arrangements to deliver if you think it will be a secure delivery.

Flowers on Norton Street & F + N Gifting
In the unlikely event of a product being less than satisfactory, Flowers on Norton St or F + N Gifting must be notified within 24 hours to ensure we resolve this problem for you. It is your responsibility to return the product to our store at 332 Norton St, Leichhardt and we will provide you with a replacement or a credit note if the product is out of stock. If you deem the product to be faulty, we will happily replace your good/s or refund your money subject to the following:
1. Please email us at orders@flowersonnortonst.com.au OR hello@fandngifting.com.au advising us immediately of your concerns in relation to the good/s. All goods must be returned to store within 24 hours of receiving the good/s.
2. Good/s will NOT be refunded where there has been a change of mind, or after the 24 hour period.
3. The good/s need to be returned back to flowers on Norton St or F + N Gifting within 24 hours. Regarding flowers, please follow the care instruction and re-cut your flowers on a 45 degree angle before placing in a vase filled to the top with water. With floral arrangements please fill up water every day, flowers need lots and lots of water.
5. Once we have received the good/s and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price. We will always work with you to rectify a problem, so please be kind - we make and deliver all of our blooms with love, however please remember we are also all human- and we are dealing with fresh product. The flower growers are growing in extreme conditions and all flowers have a different shelf life. Often when people choose flowers they are not certain of personal likes and dislikes as everyone is an individual. We will aim to resolve any issues as best we can, and as always, thank you for your feedback.
All food products cannot be returned if opened.
