Loyalty Program T+C’s
These term and conditions will explain how you can earn points using our loyalty system, and furthermore how to use your points to claim rewards.
To take part in our loyalty program, all terms and conditions must be accepted by the user, including any subsequent updates.
By signing up to ‘Our Flower Family’ loyalty program you are taken to have read and agreed to accepting these Terms & Conditions.
Membership
Membership to the loyalty program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older. Members may only hold one account to the Loyalty Program.
Membership to the loyalty program is effective as of the join date.
An individual is deemed a Member of the loyalty program upon sign up instore or online.
If joining in-store, our staff will record the individual’s full name, email address and contact number at the register.
Membership can be set-up online by following the prompts on the Join our Loyalty Program
It is the members responsibility to update their profile if details have changed including, their email, surname or contact number. If the correct details have not been supplied we may not be able to contact the member about their membership rewards or special offers.
By joining the Loyalty Program, members consent to Flowers on Norton St contacting them to provide them with marketing information and notifying them of Rewards and special offers.
General
Data & Privacy Information
By signing up to our loyalty program, we will need to collect, hold, use, disclose information about you in connection with your account, points and rewards. Information will include certain personal information and transaction information relating to points earned and requests for rewards.
We will use this information for purposes of our loyalty program to provide and market rewards and services to you, including the products and services of our service providers and other third parties.
We treat all personal information with care and in accordance with our privacy policies.
We may also use or disclose your personal information to let you know about offers and news relating to our loyalty program electronically via email, SMS, and social media. We will act with your best interests in mind to communicate news to you, and you can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to receive our marketing.
Resolving Disputes
Should you have a complaint in relation to our loyalty program, please contact our help team directly through our website.
Termination
A member may end their membership at anytime by contacting Flowers on Norton St directly via emailing accounts@flowersonnortonst.com.au
Closure to your account will result in immediate expiration of your points. These points will be immediately forfeited and cannot be reactivated upon creating a new account.
Flowers on Norton St reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Member’s account to the Loyalty Program without notice or reason and at their discretion.
If our loyalty program gets terminated by us, where possible, we will give you notice of the termination and how long you have to use remaining points before final expiration.
We reserve the right to change and update our terms and conditions when required. Whilst these changes may come without prior notice, we will notify users of any major updates to ensure full transparency.
Earning Points
Points do not have any monetary value, except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward. Points are not property and cannot be redeemed as cash.
Points will be awarded for each eligible transaction made in our application for loyalty program members. Users must be signed up to our program to begin earning points.
Points cannot be backdated nor transferred to another users account. Under no circumstances can points be sold.
Points are earned for each whole $1.00AUD spent of the value of each eligible transaction. Simply put, for every dollar spent on eligible purposes, you will gain one loyalty point.
We withhold the ability to limit point earning eligibility on ineligible purchases. There may be some transactions which can be made that will not earn points for your account. These may include:
Unauthorised purchases for which you are not liable.
Purchases and deposits made for custom purchases and services including but not limited to Weddings, Functions, Corporate or Funeral services.
Purchases made of promotional items noted not to be part of the points campaign.
Redeeming Rewards
To thank users for their loyalty to our brand, we will have rewards available to be redeemed using your points.
For every 250 points accumulated under an individual’s membership in one 12 month period a $25 voucher will be available as a reward.
Rewards can be redeemed in-store and online with Flowers on Norton St.
To redeem, a member must be logged in online or notify staff at checkout in-store.
You can view the available awards at any time through the loyalty section of our website.
Only one Loyalty Reward can be used per transaction and cannot be combined with any other offer.
All Loyalty Points must be claimed within 12 months from the date of the transaction earning those points. Points that remain unused after 12 months will no longer be available for redemption.
You can only claim rewards that are currently available and listed on our loyalty program at the time.
Rewards can only be redeemed once.
Flowers on Norton St cannot be held responsible if Rewards are unable to be used due to Technical issues or malfunctions.
Flowers on Norton St reserve the right to change the expiry date of Loyalty Points at any time without notice.
Keeping Track of Points
To keep track of points you have a range of options:
Access your loyalty account via our website, whereby your current points balance will displayed.
Ask our staff instore at checkout, they will be able to provide you with a current points balance.
