Substitution Policy
While we strive to minimise substitutions, flowers are a natural product, as such some substitutions may be unavoidable and necessary due to factors beyond our control. Seasonal variations in flower availability, market conditions, and fluctuations in supply and demand, as well as adverse weather affecting our growers, can contribute to the need for substitutions.
Our florists will always strive to maintain the overall design and style of your chosen arrangement. In the event of a substitution, we guarantee that the replacement will be of equal or superior value, ensuring that our stringent quality standards are upheld.

If you are happy for our florists to use their expertise to make substitutions where necessary, you can opt for this option at checkout by selecting the ‘Allow Substitutions’ box.
I'd like to be notified about substitutions
If you prefer to receive notifications regarding substitutions, we will make every effort to inform you before the scheduled delivery. For Deliveries, please be aware that our delivery cut-off is 1pm. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response by 1pm on the day of delivery, your order will be rescheduled for the next business day.
