Q: If no one is home what will happen to my order?
We will immediately try and call you, if we believe it is safe to leave, we will authorise the courier to do and they will take a photo as proof of delivery. If the delivery is a secure property, we will try a neighbour. For unit blocks we will try to get access, if successful we will leave and advise. We recommend you always provide a contact number on the order. If all of these options fail, we will return to store and your options will be either to collect or pay another courier charge to re deliver, it is always recommended that we arrange a delivery by contacting the recipient so we know they will be there.

Flowers on Norton St deliver to all suburbs within a 15km radius if you have a specific request or delivery that is not listed below in our areas of deliveries please call the store and discuss on 9550 9897 as we may be able to assist we deliver via couriers, we offer same day delivery with a 5 hour delivery as a standard delivery.
We can offer a VIP courier service to deliver by a specific time, it is our VIP service and it is 3 times the standard courier price, we recommend that you call the store and discuss the specific details on 9550 9897. We are always happy to assist with any inquiry.
